[ale] Weird window-manager shenanigans on debian 12...

For a long time, FVWM was my go-to. OR FVWM2, anyway. It was fun to mess
around with the configs. I still only have 4 apps pinned to my taskbar:
web browser, terminal, fileman, and featherpad. Though I use nano more
than featherpad, actually.
