[ale] Tcl as a scripting language: 4/2/2025 7pm Eastern Standard time

Some people still use Tcl. Like Lua, Ruby, Rust and even C, C++ and
Java, it's not installed by default. At the presentation, I'll be
evaluating whether it's worth it to me to learn and use it.
