mailman-users at python.org for Mailman 2. Or,
https://lists.mailman3.org/mailman3/lists/mailman-users.mailman3.org/ for 
3. Hope I have the links correct...

Side note: This thread wound up in the wrong folder due to the subject 
line and me being lazy with filters.
