When you get job offers with strange and apparently unrelated requirements, you can bet
that the company illegally is hiring a H-1B alien instead of a U.S. Citizen.  They are
pretending to do the due diligence that the H-1B program requires to not get caught.

They've already found their H-1B person, asked them to list all their skills, whether
required for the job or not, and then listed them as job requirements to justify
NOT hiring YOU!
