[ale] recovery partition how to make iso

Friends:(Thank you for your time and attention in advance)

My daughter has a Lenovo laptop and it is booting into Windows-Home 10
anymore.
There is a partition with a recovery disk on that.

Since I can't login to Windows, I cannot use those tools to burn a
bootable-USB or DVD from that.

I booted into live-disc and I can see all the partitions.  I used gparted
to make the recovery disk partition as non-hidden.
Now I need some help to make an ISO file from that partition that holds the
recovery disk.
