So yeah...
As a former sysadmin of www.gtlib.gatech.edu, that should be around for a
while. It is not on the official mirror list because the synchronization
with upstream is less than ideal for serving that purpose, and the
operators of GTLIB have previously cautioned even the on campus folks not
to use them as such.
As for GTISC, that group no longer exists in that form, and thus, no one
paying the bills or maintaining that mirror, so that got shut off.
