[ale] ale.org is moving! DNS change needed.

We have that covered. Change window from 18:00 to 19:00 EDT tomorrow
evening.
IPv6 is handled with a SIT tunnel to HE. I will have to move the
endpoint at HE but someone will need to set the SIT tunnel up at the
new end point. At this point HE can now handle dynamic addresses for
that, but I'm not sure we need to go to that level of trouble. IPv6 is
provisioned and advertised separately.
