You can click the three-vertical-dots menu to the far top right of the open
message and select "Show Original" to see all the headers. Most likely this
is either just spam, or someone just used your address as the "From: "
line. There is tech like SPF to block spoofed From: lines but it's not
universally used. To know, you'd need to see the headers of the message
*they* got. I'm not sure how the headers of their reply will help you.
