[ale] Static DHCP Addresses? Any reason to Avoid?

My last job, everyone didn't like change, but once I made the change and
show them that it works and things were better. They believe me.

Unless they can explain why you should, I would do it, tell them it for the
best.

Another reason, explain to them you can protect the network by only let
machine with auth mac address on the network protects them and their
network.
