Wired will always be better. It is amazing what MoCA stuff can do for
$150 if you can bury a coax. 2.5Gbps connections. Have a relative that
did this to his detached garage/apartment. He put in conduit while he
was at it for other cables, yet to be determined.
For wireless, check out the different Ubiquiti products. They make 25,
300, 500, 1000 Mbps bridges that can reach from 150 ft to 150+ km with
line of sight.
How many units?
Are the walls concrete?
What is the promised bandwidth to each unit?
What is the true total bandwidth to be given to the 2nd building?
Is the 2nd building all ethernet wired?
Do all condos have a window facing the other building?
There are different options depending on the answers.
