[ale] [OT] Building a home 'landline' using the cellular network

If you aren't 100% tied to the idea of using a cellular connection for
the carrier PSTN/side, the easiest way to get this going is an
Asterisk box connected to Amazon Chime Voice Connector as the
provider.
