[ale] Ubuntu 20.04 Server and Desktop is out

I've been using it for a few weeks now.  It's pretty good.  The GUI is
definitely much smoother.  The boot process feels a little more "Windowsy"
but you can disable that if you want. 

I was going to look at "Linux Lite" this weekend (based on Ubuntu 20.04):
