[ale] NOTICE: Meetup wants $$

I originally suggested the MeetUp as a way for folks to find ALE a couple of years back when membership was declining.

I went to the ALE MeetUp but it has no place to donate for members. I tried to "chip in" on the site in July 2015 but it went to a blank screen.

Help indicates Organizers can setup dues (which we wouldn't want) and maybe places for donating?

It shows Brian as the Organizer and JD as the Co-organizer. If one of them wants to contact me I can provide a unique credit card that can only be used one time and am willing to donate the $90 using that. Is this $90 for a year?

The site also list Phil and others as Event Organizers/Co-Organizers - Not sure what kind of access they have to make payments.

The main value is in bringing in new people and fresh blood, especially the younger generation. If we don't think it's being effective at all in doing that then we should discontinue it. But we may end up wondering where all the new people are.
