[ale] Lower cost hosting for ALE

Since we have ale.org we could use pale.ale.org as a subdomain if we need multiple records by adding a new ORIGIN to the zone file of ale.org.

The domain name pale-ale.org has been acquired. Ditto for lager.solutions.

They may get used for beer stuff as I like the names almost as much as I like beer. But I also like the acronyms from earlier. It could make for some interesting content.
