[ale] Lower cost hosting for ALE

Hey Jim,

I appreciate your effort and financial support. And yes, I support you 
taking an active hand in moderation when people don't moderate 
themselves. The main thing that has kept me from hastily saying 
something stupid is my slow typing rate.
