According to CNBC do not signup to credit monitoring on 
equifaxsecurity2017.com as you are agreeing that you will not be 
involved in any class action suite. also you are entering 6 of the 9 
digits of your SSN the first 3 are public info all you need is state of 
birth. They also express suspicion of the site ownership.
