You forgot the "how much work do you want to do in order to adminster 
it" question.   Also, you didn't exactly say what you actually wanted to 
do -- is it a server, a workstation, do you need modern multimedia 
stacks, does hardware come and go routinely, etc etc.  Those questions 
are rather critical.
