My only complaint about comcast business is that they're expensive. [1]
Their service and support have been excellent.

The only service outage I've had that wans't due to something more major 
(eg hurricane or a ligtning strike) was due to a guy who cut the coax 
feed with a shovel in spite of the "dont't dig here" markers.

[1] Plus the double-whammy of a static IP allocation requiring leasing 
    one of their modems...
