[ale] systemd bad. Very bad.

It's no secret I harbor no love for systemd. But there's two things here:

1. SysV init scripts default to root if the script author and/or app
doesn't do anything to set appropriate privileges.

2. The bug here is that systemd is parsing the 0 as the user id number
instead of a username. This is a problem because a) the parameter shouldn't
be overloaded like that and b) the project leader doesn't see this as a
problem
