[ale] Can't ping localhost

[DJ-Pfulio]

All networking related to the other interfaces is working as expected.

$ egrep icmp_echo_ignore /etc/sysctl.conf
net.ipv4.icmp_echo_ignore_all = 0

I hoped it was something like that. Nope.
