Forgot on OOP. I don't like to do copy and paste so almost all my work is OOP. Anytime I see myself reusing code I either push it to one of our existing modules or create a new one. It depends on the context of that code. 

I do this almost every day so as I get better I refactor too. Mostly my own code. :)
