[ale] 3 days of 3+ hrs Comcast Outages!

I'm not in East Cobb... Paudling... I'm on business class /w a /29
subnet and I checked my twitter feed and didn't see that my
speedcomplainer process has sent anything out since April 24th. I double
checked the logs on the RPi2 running speedcomplainer just to be certain.
