[ale] Cable modem and service

Hey Chris, it's the Surfboard SB6141. Has been working fine for the past 3
years, so I don't think it's the hardware.

I may connect it outside if it's dry enough. Just plug the thing straight
into the cable to see what it reads. That way if Comcast blames me I can
just laugh.
