[ale] Apt vs apt-get: was LTS doesn't always mean LTS

Hmmmmm, I must have an older version.

$ sudo apt autoremove
E: Invalid operation autoremove

$ apt -v
apt 1.0.1ubuntu2 for i386 compiled on Apr 19 2016 13:39:32

Newer versions must have more options.

Thanks.

Jeff
