Any $29 "smartphone" sold at publix with GSM radios.
Keep it in a faraday bag (always), buy a SIM for cash ... use it once
for that "need", then take it to an international conference and leave
it there.
So I hear. ;)
Would be good if a network of people came to an agreement to bring these
with $10-prepaid SIMs and swap them every week just to mess with the NSA
and GCHQ. If we get a large enough network of anonymous swaps, phone
tracking would be useless. Privacy would win!
