I use it as my main soft phone, which is not very much. I do a lot of work w/ Asterisk so I use it when I need to dial directly into an Asterisk box. Usually though I set up my main Asterisk server so I can use my desk phone. A friend and client of mine uses it as his main desk phone though. I haven't used the video side of it at all.
