Damn you beat me to it.

I’ve been watching a Britcom called “The IT Crowd” recently (Hulu via Comcast Online). In one of the episodes a loser is sending money to a “Nigerian princess” and the running gag in the episode is other characters saying “But the Nigerian monarchy ended in the 60s”.

By the way – the series is funny as hell IMO. Well worth the watch.

The needy party could always send a bunch of emails claiming to be a Nigerian prince in need of help smuggling cash out of Africa....

Bit coin and wire transfers come to mind.

Gift certs from silk road2 night be a challenge to cash out :-)

AmEx travelers checks made to the recipient can be snail mailed.

USPS money orders are dirt cheap and easy but also do the snail mail.

Western Union does cash wires for a rather steep fee on both ends.
