Apparently, using a law from the 1930's is viewed as bad by the crowd that
want's to find ways to weasel more money out of the Internet access we
already pay dearly for. So in response to ISP's being classified as Title
II "common carriers", Verizon published their opinion of the new ruling in
Morse Code.
