[ale] USB3 to Ethernet throughput

I bought a "pluggable usb3-hub3me" for around $30. GigE plus 3 usb3 ports
and the driver is in the kernel since late 3.5 series. I've not tested the
throughput yet as I mostly use it at work and congestion on the wire is
only exceeded by congestion on the wireless.
