[ale] Satellite 6 opinions?

James,

If you have the resources download and install the latest version of
Spacewalk.

spacewalk.redhat.com

I am running Version 2.2, seem to still be the latest. It is much better.
They have improved hardware support, I am not sure you got that ugly
message when trying to kickstart an R720 or R620 that the hardware isn't
supported.

I am now running custom channels, I got our devops guys to build rpm that I
can install for them via spacewalk and I can track where stuff is install.

I am working on puppet, so far I don't see any puppet hooks in Spacewalk
2.2, so might be soon.

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD,  an app you want to
package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE Studio
a try.
