[ale] OT: Cell service provider recommendations

Heh!  Next week I'm moving my brand-new HTC One M8 over to the latest CM
dailies.  I'll let you know how it goes.  The T-Mobile M8s allow factory
unlocking of the bootloader, so I'm thinking this will be relatively
painless.
