WHA?!?

You had more than 1 bit?!?! We had to make our own bits. Right out of dirt
and spit we did. Every morning before breakfast it get up in cold and dark
and go make damn bloody bits or we'd get nothing to eat. And we were the
lucky ones I'll tell you! Those poor sods down the next hill, well, they
could only make bit afore they died off. Didn't even have any spit what to
stick all the dirt together with. Used to have to squeeze rats. And they
were the lucky ones they was! They had rats to squeeze. The poor bastards
down the hill from were so sorry a lot the rats packed up and left for
better pickin's.
Makin' bits by 'and we was. And damn lucky to do it! I'll but you
youngsters just pop off down the way and pick up a whole pack on' bits now.
Just strut into that fancy store and say loudly "I'd like to buy some bits
and none of that old fashioned hand made stuff! No siree, Bob's your Uncle!
I want them real made bits." Bunch of stuffed shirt hooligan kids. No
respect. No respect at all!
