Worked for me, can paste the contents if need be... But yes, a WTF are they 
smoking sort of thing. Mandriva is pretty much dead as a distro for those 
who do not speak Russian. Still using an older version but will be switching 
to Magia on my next upgrade. Sad since I have stuck with them since Mandrake
