How often do you want to do an extensive upgrade of the system? If every 6
months is OK, go straight to F19 and blow away the entire drive and start
over. The installer is usable for a single drive or a raid 1 mirror setup
but not much else.
If you're OK with last years code forever (um Fedora 13? really? owch!)
then install Centos 6.4
don't waste time on the F17 then upgrade cycle. Yes the F18 and 19
installers blow chunks from all orifices but they will work with some
patience.
Or better yet, do an install with F20 and see what it does (then write
about it here!)
