Hell no!
Each PHP release takes lots of time to crawl over. PHP is a language
ripe with what I call auto-fsck-yous all over the place in it. As long
as you know where the auto-fsck-yous lie, you're OK. The only problem is
that the number and type of them change with every release! (And
sometimes change back!)
