[ale] ale-jobs list admin needed

I occasionally get what appear to be fake job posts in my personal inbox 
(not related to ale) which appear to be phishing attacks.  Hopefully you 
don't get to many of those.

(PS - If you email me and don't get a quick response, you might want to
call on the phone.  I get about 300 emails per day from alternate energy
