[ale] ale-jobs list admin needed

Problem is, I', seeing the same issues I get in my own inbox...  

The messages, manually submitted, turn into SPAM over time.  The ones that have come through have either been ABSOLUTE Ham or ABSOLUTE SPAM, so it's been rather easy.  I may have spent 45 seconds on it yesterday total.
