Thanks much Learn. The lock was there when I logged back-in to complete the
transaction.
Is it likely that my fat fingers caused this?
For months I've had DNS resolution difficulties. Till now I mostly
suspected my ageing equipment was the cause of these difficulties, but now
I wonder.
