Hi,

I saw this article today

passwords.
My summary is that real problem is password reuse not complexity for 
many people. Because many reuse passwords they are vulnerable to hackers 
using the password to gain access to other sensitive accounts. Reuse can 
defeat complexity. The point the article is making, IMHO, no password 
reuse first then harden each one.

Also emphasize in training the dangers of bad practices in the users 
personal life not just on the job.
