[ale] trimming messages - was Old host you want to unload?

I don't moderate! What I have is a good set of filters so I get notices of
messages that can't post due to anything but non-member post. Those go
straight to trash and are dumped by mailman after 24 hours.
I like what's left of my sanity :-)
