[ale] [OT rant] selfishness

Is just too easy to get driver license here. For me back in my country
took over full 4 months (whole traffic law + 60 hours driving lessons
+ medical emergency + some car mechanical basics). No wonder why the
roads are full of morons.

But on other hand I understand here you need car as much as water and
food. So it got to be easy.
