I have often thought of trying to organize an admin team that could hire 
hour a few hours a week to smaller businesses. The advantage to the 
business is that they only pay for work done, and on the back end the 
admins work a shared "best practice" list so that if someone is on 
vacation another admin can step in and take care of things.

Not sure if there's a market to support the idea, though.
