[ale] OT: What the hell is XSS in Comcast land?

I finally did fix at least the password issue. I had found the User's
Guide for Comcast on the Arris site. The guide that came from Comcast
was a little different. It said to hold the reset switch in for at least
15 seconds, (I had stopped at 10 seconds) otherwise it will just be a
power reset. By holding it in for 15 seconds did a restore to factory
settings and I was able to get in and make my changes.

As far as the WiFi, tomorrow is a whole new war. Just realized, tomorrow
is already today so let the fight begin!!!! :-)
