[ale] VPS hosting recommendations?

Linode customer support and stability make it worth the cost for
"production" things. Last I checked, my Linode box was at ~600d of uptime.
Last time I needed customer support (getting reverse DNS mappings setup),
it took <5 minutes to get a response.
