If you think that is bad, start processing litigation requests for e-mail.  ALL existing backups are discoverable.  That's right…if your retention period is 60 days, always WIPE the one that is 61+ days old, or you will be restoring things back as far as you have readable backups.  It is really fun if you get a request for printed copies.
