[ale] OT: To catch a thief

I'd go through that motion, etc as needed but I wouldn't want to tip my
hand the device is tracked until we were ready to go in.  Just having a
picture of them in my vehicle though wouldn't justify a search warrant I'm
sure unless I had some proof they actually took it and most times things
are small enough to go under coats or in pockets quickly.
