Or they've put newer customers on the platform as they were added and are now moving older customers.   A lot of form letters don't really distinguish well which customers are really impacted - if it is a high number or a majority you're apt to get notifications that mystify you because of what you already know.

Interesting they avoided Ubuntu and instead say they are doing their own customized Debian based setup.

Thing is, my pages are already hosted from a Linux server, thus they
must be simply upgrading or replacing the existing distro.
