[ale] Apple vs. Samsung on Galaxy tablet

Not trying “again” – they had already started the action previously.  Today’s story is about an injunction issued by the judge who earlier refused to issue it but was directed to reconsider it by the appeals court.

Such an injunction is bad news for Samsung – it means unless and until they can prove they haven’t infringed on Apple they can’t sell tablets in the U.S.

Here we go again.  Apple did the same thing earlier this year in Australia and lost against Samsung on what I believe was the basically the same case.  Now they're trying it again here in the US.
