Well not my favorite author, however that's probably because in high 
school the English teachers thought he was the only SF author worth 
mentioning and wouldn't let me report on any others.  Fooey, Heinlein 
was a far better author IMHO.

That said, he will be missed.  F 451 was a decent novel.
