To make a long story somewhat shorter,

Spouse worked for Emory. 

Emory has farmed out production and distribution of W2 forms
to Equifax of all companies!

Equifax has made her W2 available for onetime download -- 
but apparently only printable if opened within IE. 

WTF

Form appears to be some sort of mangled PDF.  The downloaded file is 
labeled a web archive.  Trying to print with Safari gets only half the 
page.  Oops.

Any guesses as to how I can open this file in something either on the Mac 
or this Linux box would be greatly appreciated.
